Cyril Cayez
Member of the IIA, ALCO and ALRIM, Cyril has been serving the Financial Services Industry for more than 19 years of which 14 in Luxembourg (Banks, PSF, Management Companies, UCITS and Alternative Funds).
Cyril is a Réviseur d’Entreprises in Luxembourg since 2010 and gained international experience in Singapore and France.
On top of his background as external audit and advisory Partner, Cyril brings actual experience from Internal Auditor, Risk Manager and Compliance Officer positions.
Hélène Fischer
Hélène started her professional experience as a consultant within a Big Four located in Luxembourg, working in Regulatory Consulting for Investments Funds sector and serving important European, Swiss and US origin Asset Managers dealing mainly in UCITS funds and in the alternative world for various type of missions (fund structuring, regulatory gap analysis, regulatory watch, licensing / agreement obtention).
Hélène completed her professional path with 7 years as compliance officer within a Luxembourg management company belonging to a Swiss private banking group; carrying out the implementation of the compliance monitoring plan, and then AML/CTF monitoring controls. Her functions also covered risk assessments, procedures updates, regulatory reporting, regulatory watch.
Camille Salagnac
Camille built her professional experience as Chief Compliance Officer for a bank in Luxembourg, after 5 years of financial/regulatory audit and compliance consulting at PwC, serving major Swiss, US, Luxembourg and French banks, Fintechs, PFS and asset management companies.
Thanks to these experiences, Camille has acquired skills, in particular in the areas of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, MiFID, market abuse, anti-corruption and anti-fraud. She is familiar with the electronic banking and monetary regulatory environments and their recent developments.
Finally, Camille is used to giving training to internal and external stakeholders on various compliance-related topics.
Géraldine Mascelli
Geraldine has over 25 years of professional experience in Luxembourg serving financial institutions, mainly in Banks as Asset servicers and Management Companies.
She started her robust experience in auditing and advising in a Big Four and then further developed her competencies by working in financial institutions, gaining solid experience in banks/Asset Servicers and Management Companies where she was responsible of Compliance and AML in executive roles (Conducting Officer/RC/RR).
Her career demonstrates deep expertise in regulatory oversight, governance and risk management and strategic decision-making, while also showcasing strong leadership in complex international environments.
Cédric Leroy
Cédric is a Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé in Luxembourg since 2012 and gained international experience in Luxembourg and in London in audit and tax matters within a “Big 4” serving important Swiss, US and UK origin Asset Managers mainly in mainstream fund and in the alternative world.
Cédric completed his experience with 4 years at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) by carrying out more than 20 on-site inspections on the governance of investment fund managers and covering legal and regulatory subjects including AML/CFT.
Cédric was also part of the Circulars CSSF 20/744, 21/789 and 21/790 writing and implementation process.
Samuel Clerc
Member of the LVPA and ALRIM, Samuel brings nearly 20 years of professional experience, supporting financial services firms and corporations in Luxembourg and internationally. His focus spans investment funds, management companies, and SMEs, enabling robust client solutions in risk management and corporate finance.
Samuel has cultivated a strong track record in the financial services sector, expertly assisting clients with risk & operational risk management overview, valuation, M&A, and CFO advisory services. He has also successfully executed over 20 private equity transactions across direct investments and fund of funds structures.
François Barret
François has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry (Banks, PSFs, Asset Management).
He built a solid expertise in Cyber Security, Data Privacy by being the Chief Information Security Officer, Business Continuity Manager and Data Protection Officer for a Private Bank, Asset Management and Insurance Company, and its European branches for the last 5 years.
François also spent several years in a Big 4 Consulting firms by leading Cyber Security and Data privacy assignments in Luxembourg and abroad for prestigious well-known financial services clients (Banks, PSFs and Asset Management companies).
Geoffrey Barré
Geoffrey is Réviseur d’Entreprises in Luxembourg and gained extensive knowledge of the asset management industry through an experience of 10 years within PWC Luxembourg, performing external audit of UCITS, Alternative Funds and Management Companies.
During the last 5 years, Geoffrey completed his expertise of the Financial Sector within the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) by carrying on-site inspections and became specialized in ESG by leading the ESG Thematic On-Site Inspection of some of the largest asset managers in Luxembourg and in contributing to the CSSF ESG Task Force.
Geoffrey holds the CFA certificate in ESG Investing.
Marc Bussutil
Marc has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry (bank, asset management, asset servicing, wealth management, as well as audit and consulting).
He built a solid internal audit expertise by leading assignments in Luxembourg and abroad (i.e. France, Monaco, Spain and Switzerland) for two large Luxembourg-based banks.
Marc also spent more than 10 years in consulting firms managing external audit and advisory mandates for various financial services clients.
Marc is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers (ALCO).
Jasmin Jochum
Jasmin has more than 17 years of internal and external audit experience in the financial services industry (asset management, asset servicing, wealth management, corporate trust).
She is holder of relevant professional certifications (CIA, CFSA, CAMS) and is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
She built a solid internal audit expertise by leading assignments in Luxembourg and abroad (i.e. Germany, Italy, France, Hong Kong) for three Luxembourg-based banks.
