Created in 2016, HACA Partners is an approved audit and consulting firm (cabinet de r̩vision agr̩̩ Рsupervised by the CSSF) focusing its energy and expertise to its core businesses: external audit, internal audit, regulatory & compliance, risk management and consulting services. The objective of HACA Partners is to offer to its clients the services of professionals with a wide range of experience and expertise.

 

Within the External Audit team, we are auditing more than 150 un/regulated entities (Commercial companies and Consolidation, ManCo AIFM and UCITS, Investments Fund (SIF, RAIF, SICAR, unregulated), investment firm, Specialised PFS) with the support the other departments when needed (valuation matters, regulatory and compliance…).

Your role

As a Senior External Auditor, you will be responsible for leading external audits with a client portfolio primarily composed of commercial/industrial sector clients and consolidated account audits. Your responsibilities will include:

Auditing annual and consolidated financial statements under Lux GAAP and IFRS.
Working under the supervision of the audit manager/senior manager to ensure audit projects are completed on time and in compliance with auditing standards.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development and enhancing their performance.
Building and maintaining strong, effective client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and applying them to client situations.
Collaborating with the audit manager and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of audits.
Staying current with evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Your profile

University or Business School degree in Finance, in Audit or Economics or equivalent.
Experience in auditing commercial/industrial companies and consolidated accounts.
Strong knowledge of auditing under Lux GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a significant advantage.
Fluency in French and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
Organized and flexible.
