It is with this development in mind that Lucile Rahn and Sybille Paruit joined HACA Partners, in September 2023 in Paris and January 2024 in Luxembourg respectively. Both bring extensive experience from life and non-life insurance institutions in the various fields mentioned above.

Drawing on her experience across various insurance sectors, Lucile has developed a cross-functional approach based on regulatory compliance and the assessment of operational and financial risks, ensuring effective support for her clients’ operations. Lucile possesses strong technical skills; she has coordinated strategic projects related to new directives such as the AML Directive, Solvency II, the Insurance Distribution Directive, and IFRS 9 and 17. She has developed communication skills and proven experience in team management.

With 29 years’ experience in the financial sector, Sybille has held key positions such as compliance officer (life insurance), operational risk manager during the implementation of Solvency II, head of IDD implementation within insurance intermediaries, senior internal controller and senior internal auditor. Her expertise spans life and general insurance, banking and fund administration, and encompasses risk management, internal control, and internal and external audit.
