Your role

As part of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of strategic financial advisory and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted partner to CFOs, executive teams, and investors, you will lead projects that help clients navigate complex transactions, improve financial performance, and make informed strategic decisions. Your expertise will span across CFO services and transaction services, offering hands-on support in key moments of transformation, growth, or restructuring. You will be based in Luxembourg with engagements both in Luxembourg and Paris mainly. Your key responsibilities

Manage the whole range of corporate finance advisory services offered to our clients, including:

Assistance mandates (buy-side and sell-side),

Financial due diligences (buy-side and sell-side, in the context of M&A transactions),

Other ad-hoc projects (fund-raising, debt-raising for instance),

CFO Services (accounting support, analysis, management assistance),

Valuation (Corporate, Infrastructure, PPA, Review),

Interact with clients on a daily basis during the project,

Contribute to the team development by training younger staff and sharing your experience.

Your profile

At least 5 years of applicable relevant experience (e.g. Transaction services, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance),

A University / Business School degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or similar,

You hold a relevant professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA,

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and French,

Excellent analytical and project management skills,

Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines,

Excellent interpersonal skills,

Business development mindset.
