We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to develop, maintain, and support our internal IT services. The role will involve managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 tools, supporting end users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting solutions like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Defender, and other key technologies used within our organization.

Your role

Develop, deploy, and maintain internal IT services, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 (M365), including Intune, Autopilot, MDM, and Microsoft Defender.

Configure, monitor, and optimize M365 security and compliance features to ensure company-wide protection.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal end users, resolving issues with hardware, software, and networking.

Implement and manage MDM policies and profiles to ensure seamless and secure device management across the organization.

Support and configure Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and deployment, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new software solutions and streamline workflows using M365 tools.

Monitor and manage endpoint security with Microsoft Defender, performing regular audits and remediation where needed.

Develop and maintain documentation for internal IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Assist with software deployment and configuration across a variety of devices (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service for end users.

Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices for using M365 tools to improve productivity and security.

Help ensure that internal IT infrastructure adheres to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Your profile

2 to 5 years of experience in an internal IT support or technician role, focusing on end-user support and system management.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Defender, and other M365 services.

Experience with configuring and managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory, security policies, and device management.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS environments.

Understanding of endpoint security best practices and experience with security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender).

Strong knowledge of network concepts (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Ability to create and maintain internal documentation, guides, and user manuals.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, user-friendly IT support to all employees.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-101, or Security+.

Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation and system management.

Experience with other M365 services like SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive.

Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
