• CSSF Circular 21/788 – AML/CFT external report.

• CSSF Circular 21/789 & 21/790 – SAQ, management letter, separate report (IFM & UCI level).

• Special Transactions – Mergers, liquidations, contributions in kind.

• Article 48 RAIF – Tax regime and auditor’s confirmation role.

• ISAE 3402 / 3000 – Assurance standards, Type 1/2 reports, key audit concepts.
