Leïla Piroux

Leïla is a Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of international experience in Luxembourg, specializing in HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and change management. Throughout her career, she has held senior HR roles within leading international organizations, notably Deloitte Luxembourg, where she led Learning & Development initiatives and partnered closely with business leaders to support organizational growth and talent development.

Leïla has developed extensive expertise in multicultural and fast-paced environments, supporting workforce transformation, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR innovation. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she actively contributes to professional education initiatives in Luxembourg through lecturing and knowledge-sharing activities.

Since joining HACA Partners as Human Resources Director, Leïla has been responsible for shaping and implementing people and talent strategies to support the firm's continued expansion and business development. Her expertise combines strategic HR leadership, coaching, organizational development, and employee experience, helping organizations attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
