Fabrizia Crispi

Fabrizia has more than eight years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, with a strong focus on anti-money laundering (AML), risk management, and regulatory compliance. She has developed her expertise at KPMG Luxembourg, where she has progressed from Assistant Manager to Manager within the ADV Investment & Risk Services practice, supporting financial institutions in strengthening their compliance frameworks and risk governance.

Prior to joining HACA, Fabrizia gained experience in the asset management industry at Neuberger Berman and C&D Investments, building a solid understanding of the operational and regulatory challenges faced by investment firms. Earlier in her career, she also held research and teaching positions at the University of Luxembourg and the University of Oxford, as well as contributing to initiatives led by the Council of Europe, further strengthening her analytical skills and international perspective.

Fabrizia was a Manager in ADV Investment & Risk Services and combines technical expertise in AML, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance with a pragmatic approach to helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements and implement effective risk management strategies.
