Your role

As part of the Risk Management team, you will serve investment fund managers (“IFMs”) through different types of ad hoc and/or recurring mandates relating to risk management, such as, but not limited to, the following:

Advisory missions

Secondment by acting as a third-party servicer to support punctually or on an ongoing basis the risk management function of IFMs in its daily tasks and ongoing monitoring of the risks the investment funds are exposed to;

Secondment, through a delegation of the risk management function, by acting as Risk Manager or Conducting Officer for IFMs;

On-site mock inspection;

Gap analyses relating to specific or global topics (liquidity risk, sustainability risk, etc.);

Trainings (both for internal team and clients) relating to risk management topics;

Support to HACA Partners’ Internal Audit Team as a Risk Management Expert when performing internal audit of IFMs’ risk management function.

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will in charge of charge of several aforementioned mandates. Through those missions, your role will consist in:

Advisory missions

Trainings (both for internal team and clients) relating to risk management topics;

Support to HACA Partners’ Internal Audit Team as a Risk Management Expert when performing internal audit of IFMs’ risk management function.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in economics, finance, or equivalent;

Any professional certifications (CFA, CAIA or FRM) is a plus;

Having experience and solid knowledge on the private assets AIFs (private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure);

Mastery of the European and local regulatory and methodological aspects of the AIFM risk management function;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high quality performance;

Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills;

Capacity to report to client’s or HACA Partners’ executives with solutions orientated mindset;

Communication skills;

Perfect command of French and English.
